They are just thieves! They promise you a service, but don't provide it, but they demand money and threaten you with a lawsuit if you don't pay!! Disgusting company selling nothing!! Use Claro or Viva in this country!!

Terrible customer service, wanted to perchase a sim he sold us the sim never explained anything, i was asking for a sim with data he said this will be 10gb its a lied, and the sim is only good for 1gb

They are competing with Claro to have the worse service ever in the DR. Employees are rude, incompetent, and not properly trained. You kind of have no choice here. You choose between the worst and terrible!
