Nice gym, nice people. Open 7 days a week with good hours, nice machines, good set of free weights, drinking water, free WiFi, and more. Pricing is very reasonable also.

They are competing with Claro to have the worse service ever in the DR. Employees are rude, incompetent, and not properly trained. You kind of have no choice here. You choose between the worst and terrible!
Areca Apart Hotel Cabarete
Very nice place to stay when in Cabarete. I've stayed at a few other places before, and this is the best so far. I had a small kitchen, with a fridge and was able to prepare food easily. It's less than 100 meters to the beach also.
I'd highly recommend this place, and when I come back, there's a good chance I'll stay here again. This is my new favorite place to stay while in Cabarete.
