10 out of 10 right down to the carpet. For over $1400/night, you can expect top-notch every single thing. I prefer the Cabana Cafe than the Polo lounge. Food there ans room service are fantastic 👌

Just what you would expect from a hotel in the Dorchester Collection...outstanding service and pure luxury throughout. A heartfelt thank you to the front desk (soooo sorry, I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in) for the surprise gifts that were left in our room! Beautiful hotel, incredible staff.

This has to be the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at! I don't even know where to start. We were given an early check in by several hours which was very helpful since we had just arrived off of a 6 hour flight. Our suite was like no other we have ever seen or stayed in since.
The staff had also sent up a bottle of Moet and some fresh fruit with a very thoughtful note. We had an amazing dinner in the Polo Lounge and saw quite a few famous faces. The service at this property is on another level. Yes! It is very expensive to stay here. However West Hollywood & Beverly Hills are very popular and this place is just a tad more than comperable hotels.
Do yourself a favor and make a stay here happen. You will be all the better for it.
Thanks BHH for an amazing vacation.
We cannot wait to stay here again!

The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very nice, but very expensive. My complimentary waters were not in my room as promised and when I asked at the front desk for a water, they claimed they didn't have any, though the lady offered me one upon check in and witnessed her get bottles for other guests. So I feel the front desk lady this morning simply lied to me. Why?

Outstanding experience at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The hospitality provided by Louis and the entire team is unparalleled. From delightful surprises at check-in to impeccable service throughout our stay, they made every moment a dream come true. Five stars don't seem enough for such an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

I used the spa and sauna at this location and will absolutely be going back as often as I can afford to.

Sharon was my massage therapist and she was so sweet and responsive to my needs. I literally fell asleep and I almost never fall asleep during massages!

It honestly felt like entering into another world from the busy streets of Los Angeles.

My family and I have frequented this property for over 20 years now, and I truly enjoy visiting to recapture the feelings I had when I was kid and staying on property with my family during summer months. Recently, I visited the hotel after not having been on property since 2019, and I can definitely sense the changes imparted by its new management.

The Polo Lounge is a safe haven for my family, and we have to dine there whenever we're in town. Although during this recent visit, the welcome from the host staff was lack luster and they didn't look polished or genuinely happy to be there. The espresso martini I ordered with dinner tasted as if you were drinking rubbing alcohol, very unpleasant. Additionally, the restrooms near the Fountain Cafe were not clean and had full trash bins, and the towels weren't rolled (as they used to be) but just folded lazily.

Lastly, the gift shop. This was *the* best gift shop of any property I have stayed at, and even if I wasn't staying on property I took the time to visit it because it was truly that good. The international magazines, the ready-to-wear resort attire you could purchase, everything about its product selection was perfection. Now, it feels like a knick-knack shop. And why is the staff allowed to play music of their choice out loud? I don't visit the BHH to listen to reggaeton or Bad Bunny while I'm browsing the gift shop, let alone to listen to the gift shop staff talk about their college courses and homework aloud. It used to never be this way. Be polished, and be professional. I must say, the room rates do not correlate with the service standards thus far.

My only 5-star remark is Tony's excellent, anticipatory service while using Valet during our visit. He recognized my family upon arrival, and even took the time to park our car close by. He's absolutely wonderful and a gem.

This review won't impede my visiting of the property. Any happy, core memory I have from childhood is because of the Beverly Hills Hotel. However, it will change the brand's legacy and impression for returning and future customers if the care and keeping of its grounds and operations aren't maintained to a luxury capacity.

We booked a short stay at the "Pink Palace" to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and my husband's 40th birthday. From the time we first implemented our reservation, multiple members of staff kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything prior to or upon our arrival. They even went out of their way to collect some of our wedding photos for "something special". We arrived a bit before the check-in time and were met by the assistant director of guest relations and a wonderfully kind front desk agent. During the check our registration process, the front desk agent (whose name I embarrassingly can't remember for the life of me) and Rebecca (AD of guest relations) informed us that our room had been upgraded and after being escorted to our fabulous space for the evening, we were met with a beautiful display of roses on the bed, a bottle of champagne, a birthday cake, and an exquisite assortment of chocolates--some of which had our wedding pictures on them! There was also a handwritten note from the general manager wishing us well on our special occasions. It was above and beyond to say the least and we could not have been more surprised, pleased, and grateful. This historic hotel is everything you can dream of and more. We will without a doubt be back as it's worth every single $ spent. It is truly a luxurious experience full of history and attention to detail.

This hotel is pricey, but it's worth every penny! I was in town for rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Gary Motykie and I wanted to recover somewhere comfortable. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff were very kind and room service was literally the best I've ever had.

If you're visiting Los Angeles for plastic surgery, you may want to consider the Beverly Hills Hotel because it is very close to the majority of top surgeons.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel and it was one of the most luxurious experiences I have ever had. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accommodating while being professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities such as the spa and restaurants were truly exquisite. Furthermore, the location was ideal for taking part in the upscale shopping and dining that Beverly Hills is known for. Despite its premium prices, I definitely believe that a stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel is worth the cost.but if they like to offer me a discount be appreciative.
