Pathetic Customer Service, they are just rude for no reason.
The store was well laid out for easy viewing… staff were courteous and accommodating… good offers so prepare to pick them up for a healthy and stylish lifestyle… located in Ground Floor
Bad behaviour of staff
I bought a pair of shoes from skecher dubai mall , i ask the indian lady for warranty at the time of billing, she told there no warranty in any shoes , do you think is it possible? , also told i generally used skechers and in India they give warranty of 90 days , she told this is uae not india , is skechers country wise different warranty policy pls confirm, and she even didn’t give bill after payment

Absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. It's as if it's beneath them to sell something! In an empty store, we had to ask them repeatedly to come ove and give us a shoe in a different size - after sauntering over, one guy said I think its out of stock.. And walked away! Didn't want even bother to check, or offer an alternative. The one employee wasn't much better. I wish I could say this is the first time this has been our experience, but sadly it isn't so. Absolutely pathetic. I really wish I had gotten the names of the employees, but I was too busy holding back tears at this treatment!
