Bad behaviour of staff

I bought a pair of shoes from skecher dubai mall , i ask the indian lady for warranty at the time of billing, she told there no warranty in any shoes , do you think is it possible? , also told i generally used skechers and in India they give warranty of 90 days , she told this is uae not india , is skechers country wise different warranty policy pls confirm, and she even didn’t give bill after payment
