Had a nice walk enjoying the sites. Most stores were closed.
Nice outdoor community space with stalls for artists, and a weekly Saturday farmers market
This was such a nice area, my girlfriend and I stayed at an air bnb there and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was nice but the building and surrounding area smelled like God was growing his own personal plant stash and was having a party 🥳 😆 🤣 aside from that, there were lots of eateries nearby and Saturday morning the promenade is bustling with a mini street market with all sorts of items for sale from fresh baked pastries and small batch coffee to fully cooked meals and meats and craft beers. So if you're ever in the DC area and looking for a good trendy place to stay and explore Brookland Arts Walk is the place for you!
I walk through this area EVERYDAY before and after I leave work. It's a great peaceful location. Very artistic design
Beautiful apartment my girlfriend has right above the shops! Love how much natural light it has.
I go there on Saturdays for the Farmer’s Market and all the shops are open. In the summer they open the shops on Friday nights as well. It is a nice area for community gathering.
I have been before, but this was the first time as a vendor. it was a good experience, but cold. because it was cold, traffic was low. despite that, we had a decent turn out. there are lots of cool studios and artist down there. definitely work checking out. Also ate at the Brookland Pint - that was really good too!
A great place to go on the weekend or any time you're free. With a bustling farmer's market on the weekend this space is sure to entertain. This space has many small but impactful shops with very talented people and their works inside.
