They are very nice doctors and they give you the time to care

I called to inquire about the availability of a doctor today as my child suddenly fell ill. Unfortunately, the male staff member who answered was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant tone, making me feel as if I owed him money. I've been a regular at this medical center, and while all other staff have been friendly, this particular individual's behavior was unacceptable. I believe he shouldn't be employed in a customer-facing role.

Dr Jennifer is fantastic. She is very detailed and patient. I will recommend to my friend.

Dr Hii is an amazing Doctor. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel valued as a patient.

Doctors are nice. The one whose name is Nana was hopeless and rude, she was ready to go in to an argument with you on every question you asked, not trying to help at all. I suggest the clinic do some basic customer training for her for the sake of the clinic.

Doctor Yang is very professional and nice but the nurse on 10.11.2023 morning shift is extremely rude and impatient. For the reputation of the practice, suggest to replace that nurse (she was in dark blue jumper, wear glasses and has Cantonese accent) or train her up to talk to people with respect and patience.

The attitude of the male reception is terrible. They ask cash payment but they don’t have have change and therefore we need to pay by card but they also have surcharge. And the money of receipt is not the same amount. They don’t list the surcharge part.
That is totally a scam will not recommend anyone come to this place.
