I stopped buying Lenovo due to the third world service provided by Digital River

This is the worst service that I found in Germany. I proved 2 times to the Customer Service with all the evidence, still they declined. The seller is a fake person from Pakistan and proved his fraud, still Customer Service is on his side. I will write a complaint to German Bank to return my money, and prove my innocence.

Cancelled our order without even notifying us. When we tried contacting them all we got was useless stock replies.

Don't waste your time with this company.

They scammed me. Sold me software but the license key never came. Do not publish and email address and do not respond to support requests via their online form. Digital River (MyCommerce) is the seller of record so they have the responsibility to either deliver the product or refund. Their support system does not acknowledge that a ticket has been created. The maker of the software they resold to me does not respond to emails and does not take the phone.

The absolute WORST company I have ever had to face. This is closer to a fraud than a company. When you call they cut your phone call. They always block you and they don't assume their role. Seriously if your company is using their services leave as fast as possible. I am never bying a Lenovo computer again because of them what a mess this company is ! Honestly you have 1 star because I can't give you less.

Watch Out! These people will rip you off!
Paid for there software but didn't received the software and did not get my money back. This is a SCAM people watch out!

They work with Digital River and Mycommerce as a payment provider. They tell you your creditcard isn't working and will let you pay with alternive methods!

extremly poor, not to say non-existant service.
i bought software on sept 27th, was promissed activation key within 2 days. so far nothing. also never a reply from my requests to them. i complained to paypal (via whom i made payment), seems they not even answer to paypal.
are they bankrupt and out of business?

I have canceled a 'Memokit' subscribtion renewal - and yet the 'Dr MyCommerce Ireland co Clare IE' (who is owned by Digital River) has charged my Visa Card !
This is Fraud !
Also, the way they allow only ONE day from their renewal notice to cancel
- is deliberately set to avoid customers cancellations - and with no contact e-mail anywhere (or made difficult to find) to contact, to query their practices.
All in all a very bad company to avoid buying anything from.
