My wife and I have golfed there 3 times over 2 times visiting for a week. From Debbie in the Pro shop, to Mike as starter to Stephen as manager, it's a delightful experience! The course is coming back after some neglect but it's fun, challenging and a great value. We'll be there every time we visit St Augustine. A wonderful friendly place to golf where you feel like part of the family.
Sadly, I'm back today in 40 degree weather after thoroughly enjoying my round here two days ago in sunshine and 60's. What a fun course. Challenging but rewarding. Come to think of it, I think there was water on almost every hole. OB is typically jungle, retrieve lost golf balls with caution. Did not see any gators though. The course winds through a community in a clockwise direction, so holes that were straight or dog-leg right fit my sometimes slices just fine. But it IS target golf. Super friendly staff, everyone I met was extremely nice. And I enjoyed a two-for-one beer afterward. Looking forward to returning. Cheers.
I was very disappointed about this golf course. The rough was mostly just weeds that have not been cut in a while. Fairways and greens were below average at best. The mowers must have broken all at one time. There were more sand on the tee boxes than in the traps. We played on Sunday morning around 10 :00 and there were about 10 cars in the parking lot and we still had to wait on half the tee boxes. At best it's a 30 dollar golf course not including all the golf balls you WILL lose. Debbie in the club house was the highlight of the day. We won't be back.
This is a great 18-hole public course. The prices are reasonable. The course winds through a housing development. You drive on the sidewalks and in between the houses. There are a lot of water and sand traps. I think I was in one on every hole 🙄. The price of the round includes a cart. They slso have a driving range.
The clubhouse is really nice. They have a bar and food available. The bartenders are very friendly.
We met Debbie in the pro shop, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a nice selection of shirts, both men and women. They have hats, towels, skorts, and many more accessories available.

For sure will be back. This is a challenging course if you aren't hitting straight. One side is water the other side is typically swamp and/or forest. The staff is very friendly and you should always tip the bartender extra since she works extra hard to ensure your beer is nice and cold for your next nine or post 18. The driving range was small and personal and no mats. Full bar and full menu. My first time but not my last. Most of the greens were good or were on their way to good.
My rating has to do mostly with course condition and price. Everyone of the staff that assisted me were friendly and helpful but I do wish the pro shop was a little more informative about course conditions. 1st green appeared to be a temporary green cut into the fairway, I guess due to rain, there was standing water in places, the cart path doesn't run the length of each hole so you can't really do cart path only or 90 degrees so there were tire tracks in several wet spots on the fairways and most of the grass throughout the course has weeds. The course conditions do not support the price of admission. I only played 9 for $28 and was highly disappointed considering I've played so many other well maintained courses in Florida for the same or less for 18 holes. I would say that unless the green fees are cut in half or less than half you will not be happy playing here.
Didn't play golf but did stop in for a couple of cold beers. Sat outside and enjoyed golfers finishing up on the 18th hole. The bar is fantastic the outside area could use a little fixing up but other than that stop in and enjoy a nice relaxing evening or afternoon.
wow I'm just astonished at how this course got four stars the only reason I'm give this course 1 star is because the layout was difficult and not bad but the course is in rough shape. Also we were so backed up 3 groups on a hole we almost got hit by a ball because the group behing us on the front nine were hitting before we even finished the hole then we even had a single lady behind us was riding us every hole for the back nine she consistently stayed 30 yards right behind us absolutely no etiquette. Place is dirty and trashy I've never seen a porta potty on a golf course right on a tee box. There was also a guy walking the course picking up balls while we were hitting I literally almost hit him. I don't want to be mean but we paid a good amount of money to play and that was by far the worst experience ever at a golf course they need to clean it up and figure out how to provide customer service I don't see any good reviews in there future unless things change.
