A very pleasant experience, and truly the best Loco Moco I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend the garlic shrimp as well.
Place can be busy, but service is quick, so we didnt have to wait long for a table of 8. We all loved our orders!

This restaurant was delicious and the service was amazing. We got the pulled pork nachos, spicy beef tacos, the Mahi Mahi tacos and the double cheese burger and it didn't disappoint. I also got a side of garlic rice.. If you're around I would definitely suggest trying it. It is a little bit pricey so if you're on a budget do keep this in mind.
This is a cute small restaurant. My husband and I choose this place just randomly. We found it while we were walking on the street and decided to try it. The menu has some dishes that I never heard of, such as "SPICY PICKLED PINEAPPLE" and we decided to try it. Well, it was kinda spicy, and for the experience, it was nice to try. I ordered "Lemon butter garlic shrimp" and my husband had ribs. My shrimp were okay but they were served not peeled and I had to peel them first. The sauce was good. Other than that I cannot say that there was something special about it.
This was a fun little restaurant I chose at random. The staff was amazing. Perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. If you like sweet and spicy, you have to try the spicy pineapple pickles, but be ready they pack a kick! I had the "Loco Moco" with garlic rice. Very rich and flavorful. It was a lot of food if you can eat it all, then I am impressed.
Love this no frills joint. Amazing loco moco. Karaage is on point and we love the Pina colada. It's not a high end dining establishment and so waiting for water, plates, etc is not a big issue... I just ask for these things if they are delayed and servers usually deliver it. They were accommodating of your little toddler. We visit this place every time we are in Honolulu for a quick and easy lunch
We dined at the restaurant this evening, and I took extra care to inform the waiter about my severe fish allergies, which I explained in detail for about five minutes. The waiter informed me that they use the same oil for frying both fish and fries, so we worked out a plan to ensure my safety.
However, when the food was served, I encountered several issues. Firstly, the steak I ordered was disappointingly tough, resembling leather in texture. Secondly, to my dismay, I discovered fries hidden beneath the steak, which posed a significant risk to my allergies. As a result of this incident, I had to initiate my emergency protocol, which involves taking steroids and medications.
Overall, I must express my disappointment with the entire dining experience. The quality of all the meals we ordered fell below expectations. In comparison, I've had much better experiences at chain restaurants, such as Outback, for a fraction of the cost where the food and safety measures are consistently superior.
This restaurant ruined at least a day of my vacation. You can do better--much better.

The food was at best average. I have eaten at Aloha Table in Yokohama Japan and I can say that it's about the same. Average 'Hawaiian food' at reasonable prices. The tropical ice tea was basically just guava juice.
However, the service in this place was atrocious. I think that the servers aren't paying enough attention to their customers. I shouldn't have to ask for water when I'm seated, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes after I finish eating with a dirty plate in front of me while other's around me are seen to. Pay attention to your customers!

Great food and phenomenal service! Dropped by here spontaneously on a Friday night for dinner with family. We had a baby and toddler in the group that were restless and the staff was super accommodating.
We ordered quite a few different dishes and they were all delicious. The food portions here were very large and filling. The supreme loco moco was amazing! One of the staff recommended to try a variation with garlic rice next time, so will definitely have to give that a try when i visit again.
