Very disappointed with service.
Ordered TV + internet but there were issues with TV, service guy said I have to fix my tv cable myself firs :( and so I did. Still TV didn't work.
Called to service desk and they they proposed someone from telent would after 2days only for making another appointment and the up to 2 weeks until some woll come to fix.
Really the worst!!!

Good customer service, and friendly staff, I went today the guy that fix the issue with my phone internet problem was a pro! 10/10 for me

I was waiting all day or internet installation and nobody visited me 08:00-13:00, then I was told that somebody will install internet the same day about 18:00 and no one came. So unprofessional and lack of respect for clients time!

Sometimes the wait can be a pain but for the rest the employees were nice and helped with the issue I went for
Very corona-proof! Very friendly people therewith a lot of knowledge!
What a joke. The person was unwilling to help at all. I gave name, surname, number of order and apparently she couldn't find anything, when the previous night I had done the order successfully. She could not even find the street and I was literally showing her the Dutch name of the street from Google maps. She was not even trying to figure things out. Well IC ant find name neither I can find the street. Useless, they deserve 0 stars.
