Sometimes the wait can be a pain but for the rest the employees were nice and helped with the issue I went for

Fast and polite service. My account was fixed quite fast and new internet got ordered. I paid 85 euros to have my modem mounted on the wall like the last one, they just placed it on the drawer instead.

Service from telenet is usually better than other providers but the modem situation is quite a waste of money.
