Potomac Place Tower

We have owned our unit since 2020 and are overall pleased. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great. HOA fees are ~rapidly~ increasing which is a major concern. Look at the recent history if you’re planning on buying. But the location is fantastic and we overall love living here.

My friends took me out here for the first time and bought me some shoes now I know where to go for a good hookup on casual shoes .

What can I say about this groundbreaking development? It is pleasant to look at. Good look, and good feeling for this new community. Upscale, quiet surrounding. 24/7/365.

Close proximity to all transportation points: taxi, service to first class limo, as well as, top-shelf concierge service, metro bus, metro rail, to MARC Train, on to your plane… catching your flight right on time... Reagan International Airport, (BWI Baltimore/Washington, DC International Airport), and even Dulles International Airport.

Pet walking trail, everything including for your best friend. Pet park, pet grooming nearby. Spectacular, spacious, fresh atmosphere... This is the feeling of excellence. Be the first one to rent or lease one of these dynamic spaces for your home or for your business. Very nice accommodation, state of the art amenities, galore landscaping. Just beautiful. Upcoming architectural design building for 2022. The surrounding area is also great with plenty of amenities such as shops and popular restaurants.

Visited and were impressed with the cleanliness and nice looks of the place. Great place.

The management team is just horrible. Instead of solving problems they make problems. They are lying so easily, it’s like their usual job.

I don’t recommend living in this building. While the front desk staff was great, they are understaffed and constantly backed up on processing packages. There was also a water leak in December that took the management company over a month to fix. During this time, one or both elevators on the north tower were down and the cardio room was closed. So many times people with strollers or trouble taking the stairs were stranded. I moved out in January, so I have no idea whether it’s been fixed.

Also, I rented directly from the owner and had a bad experience. I won’t go into the details, but I recommend renting through a professional realtor that seems reasonable and trustworthy. And get everything in writing!

I wish I could give zero stars. If you are a renter and have a dog, you should run screaming from this place. PPT bills itself as dog-friendly and renter-friendly but is not. I found myself in a year-long battle with the inept Management and Board because my neighbor complained that she heard my dog barking a handful of times during non-quiet hours. She made complaints when my dog was not even home. She made videos of my unit and sent them to the Management office. No other neighbors ever complained and in fact came to my defense with Management and the Board. But when I tried to defend myself, the Community Manager told me that I was "lucky" she was even speaking to me since I was a renter and my neighbor was an owner. I wound up having to appear before the Board, who demanded I produce a record showing that no noise was coming from my unit for every day over a 6-month period. If someone knows how to prove that noise has NOT happened...please let me know. I eventually moved out. Management actually contacted me after I moved out, told me there were still complaints, and asked to put a camera in my unit that they could monitor. Again, I wish I was joking. It's a shame this place is being run by such inept and unprofessional people as it's a great location with lots of amenities. But do yourself and your dog a favor and look elsewhere.
