I wish I could give zero stars. If you are a renter and have a dog, you should run screaming from this place. PPT bills itself as dog-friendly and renter-friendly but is not. I found myself in a year-long battle with the inept Management and Board because my neighbor complained that she heard my dog barking a handful of times during non-quiet hours. She made complaints when my dog was not even home. She made videos of my unit and sent them to the Management office. No other neighbors ever complained and in fact came to my defense with Management and the Board. But when I tried to defend myself, the Community Manager told me that I was "lucky" she was even speaking to me since I was a renter and my neighbor was an owner. I wound up having to appear before the Board, who demanded I produce a record showing that no noise was coming from my unit for every day over a 6-month period. If someone knows how to prove that noise has NOT happened...please let me know. I eventually moved out. Management actually contacted me after I moved out, told me there were still complaints, and asked to put a camera in my unit that they could monitor. Again, I wish I was joking. It's a shame this place is being run by such inept and unprofessional people as it's a great location with lots of amenities. But do yourself and your dog a favor and look elsewhere.
