Bough two Black Forest ham footlongs less than an hour ago - my son found steel wool in his sandwich. Will be returning after my sons baseball game for a full refund of my purchase!!

The location refused to serve egg and cheese subs after 11 AM, even though it was clearly available, and within customer view that the eggs were on the production line.

I ordered a two sandwiches for pickup since I was in the area. When I got home I noticed one of the sandwiches was made wrong so I called to asked for a refund. Initially I was hung up on by AAJ and Muhammad, the employees on shift at the time. When my fiancé called back they didn’t hang up on him and he was told that in order to receive a refund I would have to drive over the next day and bring the sandwich to show them it is incorrect. I don’t live or work around the area of this Subway to drive back over, and why would I bring an entire sandwhich over half an hour away just to prove it was made wrong. Go to one of the better Subways, this one and it’s employees are a stain on the Subway name.

Go to one of the good Subways. This one is terrible. AAJ and Muhammad, the two employees here at the time of my experience, are not what Subway strives to be. I'd recommend the Skokie location. Their employees know what they're doing, are kind, they won't hang up on you, and actually make the sandwhiches correct. Stop servicing this Subway so it can close its doors and a restaurant with better employees and management can take over.

I really love this place because of the service and food and the employees are great especially the manager and the young lady, that works there. 🥪🥙also the bread and cookies are always the most freshest compared to other subways. Great place overall. Highly recommend.

At 8:40 I walked in last night with the guy behind the counter yelling "we're closed, we're closed." I pointed to the door indicating where it said they stay open till 9:00 p.m. he said "we start the cleaning process now". I looked at the counter and I said "you start the cleaning process? You've cleaned quite a while ago because this doesn't have a speck of anything on your serving counter. Don't say you're going to be open till 9:00 p.m. if you're not going to be.". Poor service. And I see I am not the first one to leave this review. The guy sneered at me when I went outside to take a picture of the door.

Very clean location serving up fresh, delicious sandwiches with a smile...no line, no wait most times...great service!
Also, there are daily specials.

Don't eat here, please just don't...
Details...
[1] the door states to eat in you need vaccine proof. No one checked and didn't care
[2] Men's Bathroom was in horrendous care, toilet paper all over, filth covered toilet seat and just made it impossible to use the bathroom.
[3] food is not replaced in a timely manner. I had the buffalo chicken and it was just not right. I skipped a few toppings because they were just old and dehydrated. It was really horrible in this subway.
[4] staff irritated that I want to scan for my loyalty points and ultimately gave up and just wanted me to leave by the glare I was getting at checkout.

Please avoid this subway. Def need to alert corporate.
