Nice selection, and prices are better than most shops we encountered while on our vacation 12/30/2023.
Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the staff. They're not very welcoming, helpful or friendly and we purchased a lot from them. Maybe it was because we were white?
Good place to shop, just be prepared for the poor service.

Unfortunately we did not find any good souvenir from the most important buildings. Only cheap looking things... Difficult to understand for a 300Mio people country
Make sure to check your receipt before leaving. The cashier scanned the same item twice. Their selection of souvenirs is good and reasonably priced, but the employees don’t seem to pay attention to what they are doing (assuming that the employee made a mistake and didn’t intentionally do this).
Did a hop on and off tour ride. The tour drivers were great and the folks selling the tickets were friendly. I didn’t go into the little shop though but from the outside it looked like there was a great selection of merch.
This place has everything you'll need if you're a tourist and want to buy some mementos. It's in a central location and serves as a tour bus stop if you're into that (though I wouldn't recommend that as it's $70). That being said, this place is a bit on the pricey side, so 4/5.
Souvenirs were decent. Was able to find a magnet and snow globe. Wasn't a huge fan of their apparel. Street vendors have a better selection of clothing and hats. And are about the same price.
This is such a great souvenir shop that has pretty much anything you can be looking for to commemorate your trip to Washington. I actually stopped in twice during my stay to get some great gifts to bring back home. The store itself is well stocked, clean, and very spacious. The prices can be rather steep depending on what you are purchasing, but overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out.
Great place to buy souvenirs! We stopped at the store next door first and that was crowded, but here it was spacious, quiet and there was a great variety of souvenirs! Overall we loved it! I was surprised to see it empty. The prices were good and the variety is much better than next door.
Had a Monuments by Moonlight tour booked via the Welcome Centre.
It's a long evening in all honesty and in January a pretty cold one given the trolley bus windows are open for the duration of the tour.
That does make hearing the guide difficult at times but the visited monuments are worthwhile, especially the Lincoln Memorial.

This is an excellent gift shop! It is very neat and organized and has nearly everything you could ever want as a souvenir regarding Washington, DC. There are also a lot of great books. One little book we purchased was a bunch of quotes from Abraham Lincoln.
If you love America, you’ll love this welcome center. The prices are relatively low and there are so many different USA themed items. From mini statues of some presidents to framed documents to shirts and other souvenirs, this shop has it all.
I personally bought a t-shirt, a desk art piece and a hard copy of The Constitution. Total was maybe 15 dollars to 20 dollars.
It does lean onto the current president (makes sense) but offers some things from older presidents, like Pro Trump memorabilia and Obama era posters and clothes. So everyone is well represented.

That. Was. Awesome!!! I was not looking for this place, and had no clue they were still open as I approached (due to major closures during pre-innauguration weekend). I was the only customer at the time, and the employees were welcoming and offered any assistance.
I enjoyed my time simply browsing for a few things as souvenirs of the event, and they had LOTS to choose from. Prices were less than I'd assumed, and offered several items on great sales. The retail items are nicely organized and the place was very clean.
Extremely easy to recommend to others when visiting DC.
