I had zero plans to visit/use this Metro station during my DC weekend, but due to major closures during the pre-innauguration days, this was the closest (that was still open) to my hotel. Interior signage was helpful with figuring out my adjustment, and I'm glad for that since the two people in the booth wanted nothing to do with several of us who had questions. I foolishly assumed that was part of their job.

That. Was. Awesome!!! I was not looking for this place, and had no clue they were still open as I approached (due to major closures during pre-innauguration weekend). I was the only customer at the time, and the employees were welcoming and offered any assistance.
I enjoyed my time simply browsing for a few things as souvenirs of the event, and they had LOTS to choose from. Prices were less than I'd assumed, and offered several items on great sales. The retail items are nicely organized and the place was very clean.
Extremely easy to recommend to others when visiting DC.

Quality beverage in a very average atmosphere, and with average service. Not sure why I expected more, but not memorable enough to return. Others may totally love this bar, and I hope they'll have an enjoyable experience.

Some good prices on a seasonal sale, but numerous things were accompanied by signs that are not positioned correctly with pricing. One team member said, "Yeah, that shouldn't be there", but left it. The cashier was surprisingly unhelpful at checkout. I rarely come to this location, and today I remembered why.

July 2023 Update: Today's visit was very pleasant, in an organized store, and ultra-friendly service at check-out. What a nice difference from my last experience. I will easily return if this is the 'new normal'.
