Highly recommend Arg Hotel. Great location with easy access to landmarks at a walkable distance. We spent 6 nights at Arg Hotel. Breakfast offered a lot of options. We were given a voucher for the welcome drink on the rooftop cafe with a great view of the city. Drinking water bottles and teabags were delivered to our room every day. The staff are all really friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy.
We stayed for one night here in Shiraz. Location wise, it is really good. It is near to most of the attractions in the city. The staffs are also very helpful. There is always someone who helped us with our baggages. Their rooftop bar offers a view of the city.
7 night stay in Second Floor (Keep in mind rooms at second floor are renovated, other floor are dated), value for money, very decent breakfast.
Room are big enough, very clean, big shower, amenities are perfect, tea and water bottle complimentary every day.
15 minutes walk to major sightseeing.
The only drawback was a maintenance issue at shower which solved asap, AND girls at reception can't be more careless

The hotel is located in the historical heart of the city. The staff are extremely kind and made us feel at home. When we visited Shiraz during the holidays, the boutique hotels were fully booked, but I'm thrilled that we chose this one as an alternative.
I stayed I Arg Hotel for three nights and the experience was very nice. The staff are very friendly and polite and the rooms are of decent size. Most of the rooms have twin beds. The amenities are fine, and the shower was the best since the pressure of the water was very fine for a pleasant shower in winter. The breakfast was just fine for a hotel of this size and standard.
Having said the above, there are certain things that need to improve. The room cleaning service is available only till 12:00 pm, so if you want the room to be cleaned in the afternoon, you need to wait till the next morning. I also had an issue with the safety deposit box, which was not resolved on the spot at the night I arrived, and I had to wait till the next morning, raise it again, and have it resolved.

This is 5 star hotel based on hotels in Iran. Rooms are specious. AC is just a life savor. Bathrooms are filled with all necessary items for travel ( comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower caps …). Everything was clean. Hotel stuff is very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was full, tasty and abundant. Rooftop welcome center is just breathtaking. Wifi was strong too
