Exceptionel bistro food at very reasonable prices. Everything was delicious, especially the sardine toast, sausage wontons, and asparagus main. The asparagus was one of the best dishes we had in Paris - cooked perfectly, very flavorful and fresh. Rhubarb dessert was a bit dull. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Make sure to book ahead!
This is the highest quality bistro we went to in Paris, especially for the price. Every dish was excellent and memorable, such as the beef tartare with acidity from yuzu ponzu jelly, the sardines on toast, and the chicken main was probably the best chicken I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The wine was the best I’ve had in Paris as well. Highly recommended for a dinner reservation!
Overall one of my favorite dining experiences, and the meal was absolutely delicious. My sister and I went for lunch and had a lovely seat next to the window with plenty of sunshine. The ambience was lively but not loud and the food came out hot, promptly, and we had all our questions answered.
Our server was pretentious but tried to be friendly, so I guess that’s what counts.
We ordered the crudite and asparagus starters and both were excellent. Fresh, crisp, savory, umami, the works. I got the poached egg with peas and my sister got the baked chicken. Mine was nice but hers was enviable and had some nice spices on it. For dessert we got the cheese and seasonal sorbet, both exceeded our expectations. I only wish he had room or time to order more food :) also, the bottled limonade drink was a standout if you like sparkling lemon nonalcoholic beverages.
Highly recommend this place, worth the trek out of the main city area.

One of the best meals we’ve had in Paris. Sardine sandwich transported me to my Russian-Ukrainian childhood and for a few minutes the world went quiet and nothing else mattered. The most succulent blood sausage wontons with ridiculously good crunch, and perfectly cooked scallops on a bed of mustard sauce with a dollop of 2 kinds of mustard, paired with a cute block of potato gratin. Yum!
Charming neighborhood restaurant in a class of it’s own. We thoroughly enjoyed the sardines, bonita tartare, sweetbreads and raie. We had glasses of a Vouvray and a moelleux. The meringue pistachio calamansi tart was next level. It was difficult to get a reservation so we happily sat at the bar. Servers were charming and clearly very devoted to making Le Servan a success. Do not miss an opportunity to dine here.
Sensational. You can be adventurous - brains, sweetbreads - but don’t have to as there’s plenty of delicious, creative dishes on the menu. The celeriac tart, squash ravioli and the fish of the day were chefs kiss. But the winner was the apple cake. Best I’ve had.
What a find! This rates as one of the best dining experiences in a very long time. The poached brains were exceptional, and the ravioli was beyond exceptional. The service was great and very accommodating for the English speakers at the table. Go go go!
My husband and I had a great time last week for dinner. The food was amazing! Even though they do not have English menu but the services speak perfect English with helpful information of ingredients because we don’t eat beef. Highly recommended and will definitely go back again when we are back to Paris!!
