Cozy park for a nice stroll on a beautiful day. In summer the park comes to life with special events . Nice little ponds and beer gartens. Don't skip the opportunity for an apfelstrudel with icecream or a slice of sacher torte.
Nice Park in the middle of vienna.
I really love this station, it's location is not the most useful, being relatively close to other better connected u-bahn stations. But it's setting is perfect, sitting just inside Stadtpark it feels urban and clean and open.
Otto Wagner's pavilion as an entry gate works perfectly in the setting.

Beautiful little station - not super useful, but well appreciated.
While driving through in the subway - if you have the time - get out here and walk around the station. The combination of Wienfluss, Stadtpark and the stations historic architecture make for a great photo scenery ;)
