In all the years since they converted from Havelet Grill to Copenhagen the volume level of noise has not been addressed, just sound absorption panels may help. As for the food today, two of the party had the Salmon parcels, fish was well over cooked, this was mentioned as plates were cleared. Cheese board, straight from the cold room, cheese needs to breathe before being served. Sorry not quite up to the best standards that you like to achieve. Will still come again.
Fabulous food served by friendly and efficient people who love what they do. It does get a bit noisy at weekends, but the quality of the food and service make up for that.

The staff is kind and there was no wait. Note we were here at open. The food was excellent. The chickpea burger did fall apart on me, but I did try to cut it in half. It was great. The crab and avocado sandwich was delightful. Potato salad and steak fries were the sides, and both exceeded expectations. Would gladly sit, enjoy the food and enjoy the view again.
Trendy and stylish restaurant in the Hotel de Havelet with a separate terrace overlooking the bay and Castle Cornet. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a cocktail in the evening.
We had breakfast and an enjoyable dinner when staying at the hotel. Good brasserie food and we enjoyed the seafood including octopus salad, mussels and sea bass with a delicious chocolate and ice cream for dessert.
