Seems like the mall is losing the drive to encourage high traffic business, the mall is basically a large food court with plenty of clothing stores to find that bigger size after having meal and plenty of cell phones retailers so you'll always have the latest camera phones for those meal photos.

This shopping mall is located in Fairfax County, northwest of the City of Fairfax. It is a well-maintained and clean mall with shops, department stores like Macy's and JCPenney, restaurants, and a DMV. However, the mall used to have many more shops and was always packed with crowds. Now, there are noticeable vacant shops throughout the mall.

It still has a few places I like to visit, cheesecake factory, and macys. It has a lot of vacant space it is the trend of online shopping killing the malls.

This is a well maintained, clean, functional mall.
I visited the area for a conference (stated in the Marriott acres the street from the mall), and I had two opportunities to walk over and visit the mall. Overall, I was impressed. The map was a great place to walk, I felt completely safe, it was clean and well-maintained, and it had a variety of stores and shops. I can't speak to the quality of the shops, or their cost, as I only used the mask for a 20-minute evening walk, but I did like the mall overall.

The mall is quite spacious with lots of vendors. Its a good place for family. It has many places for children to play and a santa special during Christmas season (the children will definitely love to take some photos there) There’s several food places with quite a range of food you can try.

Still an awesome Mall to come to. Lots of modern stores with a great selection and variety. We arrived mid day on a Monday and the Mall still had a good crowd. Nice to see this mall doing to well!

This is my 80’s hangout. Along with Manassas Mall, these were the hot spots. This was before Potomac Mills and Tyson’s corner. So here is a little drab about Fair Oaks Mall review.

Today I came to this shopping center. It’s super clean and organized. It has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The place is spacious and comfortable. Ideal to come with the family, children are welcome. It has a large parking lot and special areas for the disabled. A place you should visit.

Very beautiful mall that has strong 90’s nostalgia. It is well maintained and the stores are pretty good. I have always been able to find what I needed here and the crowd levels are normally not overwhelming. A great mall if you need one. I would recommend it. There are fantastic restaurants in the mall that are very fun to go to.

An elegant mall in a nice neighbourhood with an expansive parking area. This mall features variety of stores including Macys and JC Penny. It also features a decent variety of restaurants. I was surprised that the mall was not that crowded, I belive it needs more high-end retail departments such as Nordstrom or Sacks Fifth Avenue to make shopping diverser and the ambiance more vibrant.

Love this mall! Clean, plenty of parking, the food was great and the overall feel is very nice. Haven't been to a mall in forever, and came by fair oaks by accident, but definitely glad I did. Lots of people with families and plenty of stuff to do.
