The food is excellent! We ordered meet with ratatouille and the meat was wonderful. The service so gentle and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Had the best lasagna and appetizer the place is nice and servers are friendly.
Very good place, friendly staff and from my point of view best cuisine in the Island and may be in the whole area. Very good variety of tasty wines, excellent location. Truly restaurant menu with a lot of tasty gems.

First impression was the toilet, not clean and one of the men’s was missing the toilet seat.
At least one third of the lights of the light cable outside was broken.
Not a thing you would expect from such a place.
The waitress was clearly not happy with her job. And at the end, she didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert or coffee or anything else 😖
The manager or owner, wasn’t a warm personality either.

Even in holland we have better Buffalo mozzarella, that really surprised me.
The cacio e pepe was ok. The pepe was missing a bit 🤪 On the table just regular pepper no grinder.
The bigoli with duck ‘ragu’ was more like spaghetti with minced meat of duck. Not much flavor and boring and ‘dry’…
We didn’t even felt like taking a dessert, so we left…

This location is right in front of the water buses. The peach and pear juices are good, but the portion of the juice is very little. However the service is quite slow, i dont see my waitress very often to even ask for anything. The Salmon teriyaki was delicious the flavors really compliment the fish well since it was fresh. The tuna was plain, but fresh. It needed the teriyaki sauce to make it good. Overall was a fair price for my salmon but the tuna definitely underperformed.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Giardinetto in Venice, Italy at the Hotel Giardinetto and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The servers at this restaurant are simply the best. The Brazilian waitress made the best spritz I have ever tasted and Gaia and the night crew were outstanding. They were attentive, friendly and made us feel right at home.
One of the young servers recommended a Venetian steak dish and it was absolutely fabulous. The meat was cooked to perfection and the flavors were out of this world. I also stopped by a few times for the cacio Pepe and it was just as delicious as the first time.
What really stood out to me about Osteria Giardinetto was the people. I had the chance to meet the owners and they were great people. They were warm, welcoming and made us feel like we were part of their family. It was a truly authentic Italian experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Osteria Giardinetto to anyone visiting Venice. The food is amazing, the servers are the best and the atmosphere is unbeatable. It's a must-visit restaurant in Venice.

Wow! Great food. Such a great choice. Came over to Lido for the afternoon. I was pasta’ed out. We both got Bellinis and selected several tapas. The clam was so good, prosciutto, and Parmesan, salmon, and tuna bruschetta had so much flavor. Great service too.
Surprisingly nice liver, onions and polenta, and I don't normally enjoy liver. Steak with arugula and cheese was quite simple; good if you want a purer flavor. Unfortunately my lasagna was not particularly warm. Favorite though was the eggplant "lasagna" (melanzane? I forget the italian name; wish the regular lasagna could have been as warm as this).
Our young waiter was a jovial fellow despite needing to rush about the outdoor patio, as he was the only one assigned to it. Don't ask for any changes to the dishes though, unless you want to invite the wrath of the chef upon your waiter. ;) Still very amusing to hear his explanations (or channeling the chef's) for why it's not possible, in part because "it's already perfect". ;D
