Poor condition. They let homeless graffiti tables benches. They let homeless sleep and trash the area, and hoard several bags. They allow homeless to be violent towards others and none homeless. Zero bathroom, the homeless uses the plants. Drugs and homeless be ware going here witih kids
A good place to sit and enjoy but there is a lot of traffic noise.
Homeless encampment
This newly renovated public plaza reopened in June 2019. It contains lots of seating areas including benches and tables with removable chairs. There is also a children's play area and a small sculpture. It is a lot more open than the previous public plaza, which had the remnants of the prior ice skating rink that occupied the site.
