I was just treated terribly by an employee at this Chipotle, it's 6:25 pm today, April 25th. He yelled at me just because I was telling him what I wanted on my plate. Then I complained to the manager named Josue Quintanilla, another rude and spoiled guy, and he said he would talk to him. I asked him to give me the name of the worker who disrespected me, but he didn't want to give me the name. The worker's description is a 22-year-old guy with lots of tattoos on his arm, speaks Spanish and English, and looks like a mix of Afro and Hispanic. He really should work in a mechanic shop and not in a restaurant. And the manager was a total disappointment because he didn't address my complaint. I will never go back to this Chipotle again.
Delo needs a raise. He provided me great costumer service. He was very polite and explained everything on the menu in a concise manner. He is a great worker and he deserves a raise. Give him a raise today.
I feel like this location is the reason I tell people I’m not a big fan of chipotle. I typically order carry-out or delivery and there’s always something missing, whether it’s a drink, tortilla, or an entire bowl/burrito. Ingredients are never as fresh as I hope, skimped portions sizes, and lack of taste. Can never contact the store so always have to go through the website to resolve issues.
I showed up at 9:30pm on a Saturday (they close at 11). Every single chair was flipped up on the counters like it was closed. So no option to sit down.
My white rice was super mushy & overcooked, the guac had huge chunks of jalapeño and soo much more lime than normal. I was told there was no more pico (even tho I watched them add pico to an order on the online order station). Overall lacking quality control and management at this location. I should have read the reviews.

If the Google option had a 0 I would rate that. I ordered from Ubereats and though the driver was great, the food wasn’t. Everything was salty from the chicken to the veggies. I would have rather ate a palm of salt and shoved it down my throat and called it a meal than to ever eat at Chipotle ever again. Chipotle really fell off.
Terrible Chipotle location and manager. I highly recommend AGAINST going to this location. Third time ordering online in their app. Went to pick up my food and patiently waited for them to ask me for my food. After 15 minutes and letting seven people waiting behind me get their orders and having me have to interrupt and curse for them to help me, they finally give me my order that was waiting on the shelf. Completely unprofessional and rude. Manager needs to take some courses on hiring competent employees. Absolutely ridiculous!
Felt like staff didn’t want to work past 10pm. I went in 10:15 so maybe I was asking for it. I understand preclosing procedures as I’ve worked in service industry for 15 years but there are better ways to do things than mopping/sweeping around patrons while dining. Regardless, I won’t be back. It felt belittling, the whole experience. These young guys have great potential, just need better leadership.
Always filthy in here. Its a foodborne illness outbreak waiting to happen. Stay away.

"This Chipotle location is always so dirty. I couldn't even sit down because every unoccupied table was smeared with food and/or leftover trash. AND the garbage was overflowing from every single trash can in the restaurant.
It's a really bad look for Chipotle. I'm also concerned because if the dining area is so dirty then the kitchen and food-prep areas must be equally unsanitary. Considering your track record of foodborne illnesses, I am very surprised that Chipotle still isn't taking cleanliness and food-safety seriously."
