Disorganized Chaos - Avoid the Queue!

If you enjoy the thrill of deciphering hieroglyphics to figure out where you stand in a queue, then Organic Zone Groceries is the place for you! For the rest of us mere mortals, it's an absolute nightmare. There's zero clarity on where to line up, with customers scattered like lost sheep throughout the store.

As if the maze-like queueing system wasn't enough, the staff seem to have mastered the art of indifference. Don't expect any help or guidance; they're too busy chatting amongst themselves to bother with pesky customers.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this circus of confusion. Unless you have a fondness for chaos, there are plenty of other grocery stores in town where you won't have to play a game of "Where's Waldo" just to buy some organic kale.

I love shopping here, the in-house products taste great and the ingredients are clean and simple. The amount of plastic I end up going home with breaks my heart, though. Organic doesn't end at the farm. I'd buy food here always if it wasn't for this.

I love this place. Everything about it. From the in house made delicious meals,breads and veggies. I do not know anywhere else like it. Keep up the great work. And oh unlike the last review I can report the staff are a dream to engage with. Wonderful local organic fresh, frozen and grocery items you do not see anywhere else. Very grateful for your quality,service and deliciousness.

We grabbed a Veg Curry from Organic Zone and it was easily one of the most delicious meals we've had in a while. The flavours and portion size was perfect.

Very nice store. Good range of products. For some reason the staff member wearing the scarf repeatedly asked me if I know how much Celtic salt costs‼️Its the way she spoke. I actually do know. She didn't question other shoppers. Is it the way I comb my hair. 🤔Then fake friendliness afterwards. 😔I will rather continue with online shopping..

Great place for plant based food and groceries,,,vegan food and groceries sourdough breads,,ready-made meals just grab and go...

My review unfortunately has to drop from a 5 to a 1 ! Don't misunderstand they are still top of the range for food quality, freshness, and deliciousness are right up there. Unfortunately, the reaction of an unfortunate staff member outside working in the juice bar 🍹made me completely rethink coming here again.
I was sent outside due to a lack of spoons inside the store. The lady working behind the juice bar was very rude when I asked for a spoon or fork. Her exact response was :"they know I don't like to be disturbed when I am working they know this, I am working. They must give you. Don't like to be disturbed. " I was absolutely shocked and told her not to take her bad attitude of work out on me. That's not nice.
Seriously, it is so disheartening being treated like rubbish from a place that I visit 3 times a week. I really hope you speak to your staff member because her reaction, lack of basic social standards, skills, and manners will cost this place dearly. If this is how she treats someone who asks for a spoon, how does she treat others? 😳
