My review unfortunately has to drop from a 5 to a 1 ! Don't misunderstand they are still top of the range for food quality, freshness, and deliciousness are right up there. Unfortunately, the reaction of an unfortunate staff member outside working in the juice bar 🍹made me completely rethink coming here again.
I was sent outside due to a lack of spoons inside the store. The lady working behind the juice bar was very rude when I asked for a spoon or fork. Her exact response was :"they know I don't like to be disturbed when I am working they know this, I am working. They must give you. Don't like to be disturbed. " I was absolutely shocked and told her not to take her bad attitude of work out on me. That's not nice.
Seriously, it is so disheartening being treated like rubbish from a place that I visit 3 times a week. I really hope you speak to your staff member because her reaction, lack of basic social standards, skills, and manners will cost this place dearly. If this is how she treats someone who asks for a spoon, how does she treat others? 😳
