Our room was a bit small. But its service is good and very close to public transport.
We had a clean, spacious room with a great shower. Overall satisfied including the service, parking was available.
While it looks close to Hamburg, it's decievably far away (20m+ by car, ~35€ by taxi) from downtown. This is made worse by the parking space being quite small and not guaranteed a slot at night. The rooms are a good value for the price. We paid €75 per night for a 2 person room, and I would probably drop it one star for every €20 price increase.
Very nice place, good sized rooms, bed was a bit small. The street next is on is a bit noisy, but way better than we expected.
We absolutely love this hotel and it’s our go to for the next time we are in Hamburg. The rooms were unbelievably clean and it was an easy check-in and an even easier check out. The only thing that was missing was a refrigerator but I can see why. Because they are very energy conscious. We did have a problem with the bathroom window falling off one of the hinges.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Love the hotel. Not so nice staff, could be better. But excellent space. Me and my boyfriend went to Germany for a quick friends meeting, it was perfect for what we was looking for.
