This was probably the best hotel experience I have every had.. yes the location is hard to get to but that’s part of the experience. Highly recommend for a memorable trip.
Magical and amazing place
A bit hard to get to, but it becomes that much more rewarding

Our family spent 3 nights here while we trekked with the gorillas at the Volcanoes National Park. The staff are friendly and at your service 24x7. They remember your name and likes and dislikes for the different amenities to make your stay special and memorable. The food is delicious and creative. We loved the meals, and was surprised at how good their pizza was at the day lodge as well. The staff truly customized the experience to our desires and needs. There were many activities offered as well, but we wanted to enjoy the view and the quiet of the room. We had a fabulous stay here, and thought it was completely worth it.
Very nice place and lovely one congs
A spectacular hotel/lodge, magnificent staff and amazing experience. I can absuletly tell that, everything is planed just for you to have a perfect experience. Glad to stay at this lodge and definetly planning to visit again.
This place is truly incredible. I’ve stayed at five star establishments before and Bisate is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff here is nothing short of spectacular. Their attention to detail, attentive service and genuine care for your wellbeing is so special. The food is also excellent. I can’t say enough good things in this review as I fear you’ll think I’m a member of the staff or paid for this review. My real fear in leaving such a good review is that it’ll make it harder for me when I visit again to get a reservation. If you’re fortunate enough to visit the area I do not think you’ll be disappointed in this incredible establishment and the even more incredible staff and team at Bisate.
Words alone cannot express how special this place is. A once in a lifetime places to visit. Authentic and genuinely people who work towards 1common goal. Results of reforestation 🥑🌟🌟 food is art 🥂
