Our family spent 3 nights here while we trekked with the gorillas at the Volcanoes National Park. The staff are friendly and at your service 24x7. They remember your name and likes and dislikes for the different amenities to make your stay special and memorable. The food is delicious and creative. We loved the meals, and was surprised at how good their pizza was at the day lodge as well. The staff truly customized the experience to our desires and needs. There were many activities offered as well, but we wanted to enjoy the view and the quiet of the room. We had a fabulous stay here, and thought it was completely worth it.
