Folyn Bakery is no longer here. Neither is the Folyn Houseware store or the Folyn Ice Cream plant. I hear they increased the rent. That explains why everything is so expensive there.
I would say they have some premium houseware stuff at the other store. The wine shop is great. I have never gone upstairs. But if the rent is that high, the clientele must also be up there.
Sadly, it isn't 24 hrs like H-Medix in front of it.

It's a great mall that houses H-Medix on 4th Avenue, Gwarimpa. There are numerous items in stocks, which you can choose from. The prices are moderately expensive given the current economic reality of the country. Do check them out if you are interested in doing so.
A very easy place to find and sure plug for everything shoppingable.

Is a new mall opened recently at the junction of 1st Avenue/ 4th avenue . It's an open mall with free parking lots . Is a mall open to different kinds of business . Some of the stores deals in frozen foods, some female hair and nail accessories. There are still few empty stores for anybody interested to rent .
Well, I really do not get why it is called a "mall" given the size, design and other factors depicting a mall. This is made obvious when contrasted with it's neighbour on the opposite side of the road.
However, it is housing several businesses including a bakery, barbershop fashion house, etc as can be seen in pictures here.

Average OK Mall on the main road of 4th Avenue Gwarimpa estate. Houses boutique, barber shop, a restaurant, interior deco house, etc..

No Wheelchair parking,
No wheelchair access to the building.
There was no security personnel found on site while I was there so I feel it is not too safe.
