It has the same kind of shops like the others. It was here that I got a Google Pixel though and also fixed an iPhone Screen and refixed it for free even when it went bad.

Looks legit. Some fantastic high class businesses are here with proper solutions. It looks very secure and protected.

Folyn Bakery is no longer here. Neither is the Folyn Houseware store or the Folyn Ice Cream plant. I hear they increased the rent. That explains why everything is so expensive there.

I would say they have some premium houseware stuff at the other store. The wine shop is great. I have never gone upstairs. But if the rent is that high, the clientele must also be up there.

Sadly, it isn't 24 hrs like H-Medix in front of it.

I buy things here. Got a solar-powered fan. Got an AC. Got my Air Fryer. Got my Blender. Got another AC.

My laptop charger plug is also here, cheaper than any of those online buggers.

Zone 3 is the tech capital of Abuja. It is not Banex. Laptops and laptop accessories. Computers, electronics...buy them all here.

Gets cold. There are so many halls.
Their Shawarma will never reach its old glory. Neither will their popcorn.
But the sound is top notch better than many cinemas I have seen. Too many useless ads before the TV though.

The lobby is nice. I like the carpeting, the seats and the table.
