服务太差，没有责任心，破坏节日气氛
非常失望，东西难吃不说，难得为母亲在这里庆祝生日，订了束花交代好了79楼工作人员去1楼取，结果79楼和1楼工作人员全都在踢皮球，一问三不知，没有一个站出来承担责任，不会再去第二次。真是太失望了

War richtig gut hier, toller Service und tolles Essen
快速服務好的食物和美好的氛圍
The service was very slow. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks. The food was innovative but my salad was delivered without dressing. Even after asking, I never got dressing. With super poor service and unacceptable food, we asked that the automatic service charge be removed. They would not remove the charge. Upsetting, be a use it could be so good.
One of the few places where the setting and service outshine the food. Oysters are shipped in daily and absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with a gillardeau after alll, though the price reflects the quality of product.
The soups and salads are well executed but I found the fish lacking in flavor and the beef above what you would find from a mid range American steakhouse. It's not bad, but certainly not Peter lugers.
Overall the place is with a visit if only for the view, but be prepared to pay 3-500 RMB per person. I found the staff to be very considerate against both western and native mannerisms.
