Great amusement park for young kids! There were no lines to ride the rides when we went on a weekday in July. Our 2 year old probably had the best time of her life so far dancing with Elmo at Dine with Elmo and friends experience. There was plenty to do with 2 year old and 6 year old wwithout feel pressure or rushed to do it all. We all had an amazing time, and already recommended it to friends.
we had an amazing experienced yesterday! the park is super cute and clean!the rides are fun!my kids were ecstatic during the characters interaction! staff were very accommodating and friendly! Also, today I had to go back to retrieve the photo that I accidentally left inside the locker yesterday..The lady that escorted me inside the park was very kind and helpful!talked to the staff in charge and the manager..they were able to reprint me another copy of the photo free of charge! you made my day! and my children were so happy! thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
This is a wonderful waterpark with cute kiddie rides that adults can also enjoy. We visited on a summer Saturday and found that within 1/2 hr of opening, no chairs or lounges were available, and most tables were taken. We had fun climbing up Cookie Monster's pole. The wave beach is the best water feature for no waiting to cool off and it's 2 inches of water at the shore entrance allows you to sit and cool off and even enjoy waves (waves activated on a schedule...every half hour for 10 minutes?) Infants and seniors can enjoy this feature. After 1 p.m., all water features fill, and their are long waits for the lazy river floats, rides, water slides, and food vendors. There are no water refilling stations. I saw no water fountains. You can wait in line at food vendors and request free tap water or pay $5.95 for a 16.9 oz bottle, 2 for $10. The food is very expensive, which would be OK if it wasn't mediocre. $19.95 simple hamburger. $18.95 hot dog. $16.95 cutwater alcoholic canned drink. (Summer 2024). Parking is $39 base. We purchased a very cute Sesame Street character umbrella, which can help in the hot sun. The artificial grass is feet scorching hot on bare feet. Bring a large towel for sitting on "grass." The tiny lockers are $25, approximately 24" long x 10 " tall x 8" wide. Your bags will be checked upon entry. We had an enjoyable day.
I purchased summer passes for my family, so far since the water rides have opened (over a month) the Oscar ride has been closed.
The staff I would say lack good communication skills with each other and the guests. Half the time I've gone the staff is incredibly rude, these kids. Yes kids (some look 17-19 years old) got some power trip or chip on their shoulders when they interact with anyone. They talk to you as if you were an incompetent ill mannered teenager. I get it there are plenty of entitled spoiled incompetent parents but not all of us parents are like that. So I get angry when I have some kid thinking they're going to be rude to me because I have one staff member tell me one thing ( I'm trying to follow the parks rules and be respectful) and another staff member gets mad and says a different thing. Honestly if these kids are so miserable with their jobs maybe they need to seek employment elsewhere, the vibe should be happy and welcoming. Not hostile and uncomfortable for the guests, again I get it dealing with incompetent parents all day is mentally, emotionally, and physically draining but don't be rude to everyone. To top that off it can get unbearably crowded, lines are ridiculous. I never eat the food there because it lacks a lot of flavor and is overpriced.
The upside it does have it good rides (when it's not crowded) you can get on over and over. That's about it on a positive note, it's enjoyable when it not crowded. Staff is a bit nicer.

Such a fun place for the kiddos! Lots for them to do, and they supply vests there so no need to bring your own. The food is pricey, so maybe plan ahead and bring your own snacks.
My 4 year old loves the rides and the splash areas for the younger kids. My older kids love all the water slides. We always have a great time at this park!
It is a cute place. The staff is about 25% good and 75% absolutely replaceable or need major retraining. The rudeness and lack of knowledge is astonishing.
Plus ... never rely on the schedule posted online because they will close earlier if they feel like it.

went here for Elmo's birthday and it was so amazing the kids loved it all of the rides were so fun even though it's a water park it was during the cold time of the year and there were enough rides for people to go on without there being long lines
