I do not recommend this building and the manager Richard. Despite the fact that the apartment itself is comfortable, the staff will bully you and raise prices without warning you in advance. If we ask for something to be fixed, it is not always on time. Management sets its own rules, like in a prison. Security harasses visitors like they are criminals.
It looks as if they just want to kick us out, although we calmly paid for everything on time. Apparently they want to raise prices further.

I would like to say that the Manager Richard in this building is very bad. He's been kicking us out for a year, he's constantly threatening us, he doesn't know the boundaries between clients. He always asks for money earlier than necessary and raises the price of the apartment. He doesn't warn in advance, he puts it before the fact. Please deal with such a disgusting manager who threatens to evict residents

Not recommended AT ALL.
The quarterly price agreed on was 15% more than advertised (excluding the additional fees as well). The realtor gave us an estimated price if we want to renew for another quarter or for a year, then 3 weeks before the renewal he gave us other prices which were 8.7% more than the original price agreed on for the yearly renewal and 23% more for the quarterly renewal then AGAIN 2 weeks before the renewal he raised the quarterly price 42% then the original price agreed upon !!!!
When they gave us the apartment it was VERY dirty and I had to personally clean it just to be able to move in and live there. The mattress, bed sheets and pillows were yellow and I couldn't use them AT ALL.
The lobby smells very bad most of the time.
The living room window and bedroom balcony door leaked heavily when it rained and the under the kitchen sink leaked as well although I asked the realtor 3 times to fix it and everytime they did it leaked again after few days.
The pool has no chairs to sit, no umbrellas or shades. The gym was very small and smelled very bad

I am happy with most things in the building but of course there is something to improve. No problems with AC, common areas are always clean, entrance is nice looking, elevators operating as they should, security guards are well mannered, pool is cleaned every day, if there is any problem watchmen will fix or help quickly. Other good thing is the JVT area itself which is pretty green and beautiful and lets you avoid most traffics.
Things to improve: make a parking gate a bit shorter, since the car side windows nearly touch the gates. Other than that can't think of a bigger problem.

Very Nice Building with good security with pleasant surroundings and just off the 311 Highway. Access is excellent in all directions and most preferred place to live

Location is good property is nice with payment plan
