Here for business trip. Had such a great experience from arrival to departure. Highly recommend to complete the online check in to avoid long lines. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place for conference as everything you need is in one place.

Beautiful place on the Las Vegas strip but service (at least the associate we talked with) not good enough for a 5 star Hotel. We did not receive enough room cards because the system was down and after receiving them later, one of them did not work. But the pool area is really nice and we appreciate that we were allowed to bring our own drinks (even alcohol beverages).

We had booked two rooms that were interconnected, a few months ago. This was a girl's trip to celebrate one of the friends'birthdays. We checked in during the day and the service was quick without a long wait. The rooms were neat and clean, very spacious and with a good view. We stayed here for two nights and the experience was worth the money for.

This is the hotel you want to stay at when in Vegas. It's absolutely amazing and the city within. You can easily find something to do without stepping outside. This is a huge property with Greek charm. Everywhere you look it's fabulous, boasts luxury. I loved our suite and well organized traffic control besides everything else. Incredible mall, restaurants, gondola rides, coffee shops, and of course the casino.

### Review of The Venetian Las Vegas

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5/5)

**Pros:**
- Luxurious and spacious rooms
- Diverse and delicious dining options
- Iconic gondola rides
- Picturesque canal shops
- Stunning views

**Cons:**
- None

Our stay at The Venetian Las Vegas was an experience that can only be described as exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the grandeur and attention to detail immediately transported me to a Venetian oasis in the heart of Las Vegas.

#### Food
The dining options are vast and of high quality. Whether you're craving Italian, Asian, or a classic steakhouse, The Venetian has it all. Each restaurant offers a unique atmosphere, perfectly complimented by exquisite cuisine.

#### Gondola Rides
The gondola rides are a must-do, though too short of a ride, offering a serene and romantic escape right on the property. Floating down the canals under the "sky" inside the resort felt like a quick trip to Venice, complete with singing gondoliers.

#### Rooms
The rooms are not only beautiful but also spacious and well-appointed. Plush furnishings, grand bathrooms, and remarkable views made it a joy to return to my room each day.

#### Canal Shops
The Canal Shops offer a delightful shopping experience. Strolling along the canals, flanked by an array of boutiques and cafes, made for a truly leisurely and enjoyable shopping experience.

In summary, The Venetian Las Vegas sets the bar high for what a luxury hotel experience should be. Combining excellent food, lavish rooms, and unique attractions like the gondola rides and canal shops, this hotel offers a little piece of Venice right in Las Vegas. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary stay.

Stayed here for a week and the room was awesome. Food court had a decent selection and you are able to do a ton of shopping, the place is enormous. The canal was fun and had gondola rides. Customer service was great and it's has a great location on the strip.

The Venetian is a lovely property with great details and furnishings. The assortment of restaurants and on-site activities is amazing. There are great options for all day or night eating and entertainment. The casino is lively and full of traditional and newer, fun slots and table gaming. The sports book section is really nice. The rooms are very large suites, we'll appointed. There are no in room refrigerator and no access to ice, these are very basic amenities it seems the Venetian could easily provide. Pools are amazing. Proximity to other things on the strip amazing.

3rd or 4th time staying at Venetian. Always a favorite. Great location, restaurants & very comfortable beds. Plenty of pools and big casino. Staff is great. Fair price. Lobby starting to smell just a little. Besides that have fun.

Very nice hotel at the strip in Las Vegas. It has a very good selection of restaurants and bars as well as entertainment and shopping options. Everything without the need to leave the hotel. And as it is located on the strip, you are in walking distance to the major attractions there. I definitively recommend this hotel

An exquisite 5 star hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip! Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment and attractions throughout the resort! Two swimming pools to choose from and a great spa! The casino is one of the largest in Vegas! Very clean, safe and secure! Parking is available along with valet and a taxi service. The lobby is breathtaking! The rooms are some of the best you will find on The Strip! All hotel rooms are suites. Bathtub and shower in every room! The staff here is amazing! Very courteous, helpful and friendly! Prices are reasonable for this level of hotel. Play enough in the casino and receive future hotel stays on them. Fabulous entertainment and attractions are available! I definitely recommend staying here the next time you visit Las Vegas! An absolute A+ resort!

Blown away by the decor! What an incredible hotel. Our room was so spacious and beautifully done. The bathroom had a tub, standing shower and a water closet (toilet is in its own room with a door). The casino is bright and big with lots of choices. The Grand Canal shops were amazing. We took an inside gondola ride (there is an outside option) and it was a fun experience. And there are plenty of restaurants over the property for every budget.

Check in went very fast, only compliant I have is Erik was extremely RUDE! When trying to get a clear understanding of all fees he rolled his eyes, and spoke in the RUDEST tone. Other than that, everything was amazing! All other staff we came in contact was wonderful! This resort has some of the BEST shopping, the location is perfect! The pools were nice, and I like that you have options when it comes to the pool. I do wish you that the pools stayed open a little later. Definitely the best of the best hotel!

Prior to my arrival my casino host passed away. I was told that another host would reach out but that never happened. Upon arrival the rewards system was going through a scheduled upgrade. The upgrade lasted 8 hours longer than scheduled. I played in the casino the entire day without receiving any tier points or reward points. I called marketing to discuss this and Enrique and also his supervisor were unwilling to help. They informed me to talk with my host, for some reason they could not comprehend my host had passed 3 weeks earlier.
If the casino knew there was a scheduled upgrade they could have reached out to arriving guests to prepare accordingly and possibly get a players card printed before arrival.
I don't want to hear that it was not possible since the hotel was able to email me and advise me of the road construction.
Every time I had ever stayed and played at the Venetian I reached premier level.
This will be my last visit, free rooms or not. Loyalty works both way.
If you are hoping to be a rated player I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT play here.
On a side note I won on this particular trip to Vegas so this is not a sour grapes post.

Beautiful inside & out! The room is very cozy & clean. The only downside is when we were walking to our room passing up a few room doors, it smelled musty like cigarettes & sewer and I figured it would pass but it still lingered around for the weekend. We went during Christmas and it absolutely is the best time to see all the beautiful decorations during my favorite holiday!

The Hotel itself was very nice. Staff were very kind and helpful, and there are many choices for people to eat… from the high end restaurants, to the fast food type of eateries.
Shopping is also great. It’s just like being in a mall.
The only thing we were really disappointed about… HOW COME THERE ARE NO LOCKS on the bathroom and toilet doors…??!!!
We asked the front desk at checkout, and they had no clue why it would be like that.
It’s not like the locks were broken… there’s just NO LOCKS at all.
Also, for the price per day that we pay for the room… there’s NO COFFEE provided at all.
Hope the hotel response here can shed some light to these questions.

UPDATE: I realize below you replying to my review about the locks. But, your DESK STAFF find it surprising that there’s no locks when I asked them during checkout.
Also, you never answered my question regarding complementary coffee in your rooms.
