I've been here about 6 times and the last time i bought a game pass for the arcade and went to play all the games and they were all out of order so the money sat on card until our visit today. Went to use it and now they have a new system so the card doesn't work which was stupid because they have a new set up which is way better. I ask them to scan it and get it transferred but they don't have the machine anymore to do that and that was it the guy just stopped there. I called the number to company and the lady was rude and said send a picture of old and new card to number to transfer. After texting she said the facility teller system must be down so I went and asked him and he said we just don't have machine anymore. Again that's it , no trying to help at all. I guess that's what I should expect from a bunch of teenagers. Also their machines are down so they have to keep typing manually our card numbers. I guess we will try the tacoma one from now on since it's bigger and probably runs smoother. Never got a text from company on how to get refund. Just bad business. Also after all those issues we stand INFRONT of the prize area and both boys don't even acknowledge us they just stand there so I ask for help. We were 75 tickets short to get 3 items the 3 kids wanted and he wouldn't budge for all the inconvenience.

Went with my 3 yr 9 month year old daughter who has experienced everything under the sun from camping - children’s museums - all out door parks- Zoos, etc. I must admit this place was an absolute blast and was close to impossible to make her leave even after 2hrs of constant jumping- running and exploring.

-Was much cleaner then I expected

-Huge amount of space even when a seemingly large amount of kids are present.

-Parents have the option to go chaperone and follow which as a 210lb guy was intimidating but the bounce areas can definitely support even the bigger adults. *Your ability to stay up on your own 2 feet is up to you XD

-Parents with older children or ones looking to relax while your little one explores is also a more used option in the middle area. Big luxuries Comfortable Chairs are by the plenty.

-The entire space is utilized with diverse jump areas all completely different. Obstacle course wipeout style / Simple slides with maze like mesh walls / large slides / slamball court / Plastic ball tubs and more.

Highly recommend - especially for high energy children who seem to have limitless gas tanks.

*Do the waiver before waiting in line so both you and your children don’t need to wait twice. :)

Just had our daughter’s birthday there last night, absolutely phenomenal! I can’t thank the staff, especially Isaac enough. He was so kind, helpful, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. The pizza was good, and the breadsticks were delicious! The kids had the best time, 10/10!
Also we had a Friday night at 5:30 time slot, the place wasn’t packed, it wasn’t overcrowded at all!

Attended April 1st. Very unhappy! Almost 600 dollars for my granddaughters birthday. First they changed our booked time ok no problem. Most of the equipment needed maintenance. So much needed to be done. Nets were ripped, the jumping equipment needed air badly. The balls that you play in were absolutely visibly disgusting. My younger two grandkids are still sick after being at this establishment. Great fun for the kids but choose a different location. Been to other locations never had this experience. Best part was the young adults gave great customer service.

This place is absolutely huge! I loved the variety of activities like rock climbing to bounce houses, arcade games to obstacle course. There's a whole line of massage chairs for parents too and little cubbies for kids belongings. They do have drinks and a couple snacks available, but I think if more food options were available that would be a huge bonus. Also maybe some cushioned benches and chairs rather than the metal. Bit overall we had a wonderful time

Went around 1100 in the morning on a Friday. Not busy, though it did start ramping up about 1230 when we left. Did the 1-1/2 hour. Kids were tired after about 35 minutes. Staff was great. Some of the attractions that needed harnesses weren't available until about 12:15 though the main one was available the whole time. 3 kids, two of which were under 9 and 2 pairs of socks was almost $100. For a special occasion it was worth it. If you are going to this regularly, I would definitely consider a membership.

Very disappointed with this place! It’s starts with standing in line for way too long because there computer payment stop working so we had to go get cash then get back in line to pay with no kind of discount for the inconvenience. The customer service was not that great and the Perry that helped us was kinda rude about the whole thing. What happen to customer service! But it gets better …. So when I went to the bathroom I couldn’t step in with only wearing my socks, there was water all over the floors and piss. They had put down paper towels on the floor. This was very disgusting and very unsanitary since everyone was tracking this back out to the blow up toys where everyone would be exposed to this. In order to get any drinks or snacks you had to stand in the same long line.
This place is very unsanitary and unorganized. Make sure you think twice before coming and bringing your kids here.

Took my son on a Saturday with some friends (had kids aged 2 and 4, my 12 year old, and a handful of adults). $25/person for 90 minutes. Had to buy socks! $4 each (they have grippies). SO MANY BOUNCY THINGS. Lots of fun obstacle courses to keep you busy and totally wear you out. Little cubbies at the front for shoes/bags and they sold drinks. There's an obstacle course up top where they put you in a harness and clip you in, but the wait was pretty long so we sadly missed out on that (next time we'll just do it first). The ball pits could use some improvement, the kinda sorta hard plastic balls end up everywhere.
