Had a birthday celebration lunch. The short rib is tender and juicy. The pho is nice though I recommend 2 person to share a bowl instead. Escargots flavourful. Overall ambience and food tastes well.

2nd time here for a business meal.
Nice atmosphere that's not too crowded and has a good Vietnamese design.
Food is great, portions are good. Service is prompt and they do recommend good dishes for you if it's your first time.

Generally speaking, the food was good. We loved the beef ribs, and the more popular dishes are quite nice. However, the chicken stew they made isn’t good at all - and it felt like they had used an artificial thickener to make the stew texture better (i.e. not natural). Hence the stew was bland - and we returned it (but we’re still charged for it). Even the other crab dish was quite bland.

Overall - the experience on food was of extremes. Either good or not at all. But not the level of service we expect.

Went for lunch on a weekday and it was relatively empty and chill. I really enjoyed the spring rolls and the omelette a lot. Not much impression for the rest of the spread but I’ll return for those two.

Pork platter was fun, though relatively huge chunks of gristle left in the coarse sausage (watch those fillings!), duck salad dressing complex and tasty. Teeny tiny glass of not very enjoyable wine (avoid). Service was a bit random. Men’s toilet awful (seat completely detached from bowl, plus diluted liquid soap), and generally a bit shabby all round. Needs some TLC in the front of house to complement the interesting food. Dempsey prices but not Dempsey quality.

Pho is good! Noodles are cooked well, soup is tasty and doesn’t feel msg-ey. Meatballs are home made and delicious! The Banh Khot is also crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Prawns are fresh and crunchy. Price is on the higher end though.

Pretty decent Vietnamese food with generous portion. We’ve ordered quite a few things, the highlight was the beef short ribs, the rest of the dishes were not bad.

But the services were not up to standard. It took us a long time to get attended and we need to ask multiple times for the wine list.

To date, the best Vietnamese food I've ever tasted. Everything was on point. We had Platter of rolls, Papaya salad, Chicken stew, Fried crab, Daylily flowers, Mini pancakes, Grilled squid. Particularly good were the crab and daylily. Finished off with a good cup of drip coffee. Service was top notch, if you can get their attention as there's not enough waiters.
