I went to breakfast and we waited 15 minutes and no one came to take the order. The restaurant had many waiters but apparently no one wanted to work. It was my first time there and I will never come back.

I've been coming here at ten plus years. Nelly is the chef. Let me tell you if they ever let her go.It'll just be Another bob Evan's. The food is fantastic and the staff seemed to be pretty happy. Highly recommend for budget breakfast.

The manager, Brian, and the waiter went above and beyond to give my daughter and I the GREATEST service possible! ❤️ The food was "right on spot". Whenever I'm in the area I always stop in to Bob Evans, on route 198 because of the service and food. If you want great service like back in the day, go see Brian at Bob Evans!!!

Took my family here for brunch & we had a good time. For the same price as a date for two people in New York, I was able to feed a family of 6. Everyone left full and happy.

We have just left this restaurant and our experience was one of the worst we’ve ever had. When we arrived we were the only 3 customers there. Shortly after, 2 others were seated… so not busy at all. After a wait due to an incident between the manager and an employee, we were eventually able to place our orders and after an extended wait we received most of our food. I was told they were out of pancakes so decided to just give me French toast. Mine and my daughters hash browns were half raw and half burnt, our eggs that were suppose to be scrambled were fried and hard, there was shredded cheddar cheese dumped on the eggs that was not even melted, and should have been American. After a few bites of eggs, my daughter began feeling queasy and we decided there was no way to eat what we had been served. The salad that was suppose to have no feta was covered in feta and the chicken was so rubbery it couldn’t be chewed. When our server , who was the only good thing about the visit, came by to ask how things were , she saw us sitting there staring at the untouched food, and we told her, she said she’d speak with the manager. She came back and told us he said he’d take 15% off our bill… for a table full of food that was inedible. She was so apologetic and embarrassed and kept apologizing. The manager never came to speak with us. No apology, no wish to make it right, nothing. A while back I left another review for this same restaurant and couldn’t say enough good things about it. It became a favorite we visited often. After tonight, I can’t say more than one nice thing about our visit, and that was our server. If we go back, it won’t be for a very long time, or in the event of new management. (Oh… never did see the French toast they informed me I was eating..)

My seven year old granddaughter and I went to this place (Bob Evens) on a Saturday night around 7:30 pm. She had chickend tenders, fries, and apple juice. I had fish and chips with fried onion rings, broccolia, mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls. She barely ate her food because it was "blah. and not even up to a seven year old's standard. " She LOVES bread, so I gave her one of my dinner rolls, and she spit it out and said it was "nasty." I agree because it was cold and hard. My fish was super greasy and undercooked. My broccoli was super mushy, and my mashed potatoes were cold. I had them remove the food off of my bill. I was so embarrassed because that food didn't meet my seven year old's standard.

Sausage gravy!!! That’s all I need to say. This is the best sausage gravy I’ve had in a restaurant. I love southern homemade sausage gravy and this comes the closet to that taste. It was amazing!! That was a great experience and I will refer them to others. Awesome job!

Amazing service and food! Way better than Dennys and ihop! You truly get customized service and the food is really good too. A little of a long wait but great place overall. The biscuits are so fluffy and butter 😌 definitely coming back
