Publix Super Market at Peachtree Square Shopping Center

Ordered 2 half subs from this Publix location at 6:00pm on July 22, 2024 on the mobile app to be picked up in store (paid on the app). Order was supposed to be ready by 6:45pm. Went into the store around 6:38pm because usually most Publix’s are super fast with their mobile orders but my order wasn’t ready so I waited. FOR 40 MINUTES!! I didn’t leave the store until 7:10pm. During the 40 minutes I was waiting, I saw that they had no mobile order receipts on their line. It wasnt until a man who worked in the back of the deli came up to me and asked me about my order because I had been standing there for so long. That same man pulled my ticket (that was already printed btw) off of their little printer and stuck it on their line. I waited for a little while longer but noticed they still were not making my order. It wasn’t until ANOTHER MAN who worked in the chicken section asked me about my order that they started to make my order. Finally, after 40 minutes, received my order and left the store. To only get home and see that they made my order completely wrong!! I ordered two VERY DIFFERENT SANDWICHES but received TWO IDENTICAL SANDWICHES?! How does that even happen when I ordered two different things and those two different things are printed on their own ticket, and then taped to the bag?

I often wouldn’t throw a fuss about things like this because it’s just a sandwich… but it’s the fact that I waited 40 minutes in store, my order wasn’t even started until way after it was supposed to be done, and they made my order completely wrong.

The Publix Carrot Cake Cookie is a delightful treat that showcases the perfect blend of flavors and textures. However, while this cookie could easily be a 10 out of 10, the addition of sugar crystals slightly detracts from its perfection. The extra sweetness and crunch texture from the crystals feels unnecessary and overpowers the subtle flavors that make this cookie so delicious.

Publix, please consider removing the sugar crystals to let the true essence of the carrot cake shine through. This cookie is a must-have and deserves a permanent place on your shelves year-round.

To start off “I love Publix”, I live in Miami Florida visiting Georgia , I stopped by Publix to order a sub. Publix is the place you go to get quality products from food, meat, subs and depending on the location coffee with pastry. I never have nothing bad to say about Publix but this particular Publix, was a mess. The store was super disorganized and felt like lack of management. The employee that was making my sub was not friendly at all, he was rubbing his face with the same gloves he was making my sub with, I have never written a bad review about Publix ever. This place needs change immediately. The place should have more employees helping in the sub line, if not the manager should be his present ready to help customer. Very unhappy.

Any Publix always beats the ambiance & customer friendliness of any other household local grocery store staple. The atmosphere is always seems so simple yet homie. I stopped by here for a quick bite after attending a Tuesday mass in walking distance of a Catholic Church. There’s a seating area provided for customers & employees, where I sat, ate, & recharged.

This is a great store, very friendly staff, good selection, and always clean. Love their pharmacy. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because they take a long time to make their subs even when you order in advance. I waited about thirty minutes today for a few sandwiches. However it is worth it in the end, just be aware it may take a while to get them when you go.

The celery I bought made my lips and tongue go numb. The mangoes gave me a horrible stomach ache. The customer service was great but that does not change the fact the food sold in the establishment was terrible. I eat fruit and vegetables all the time and have never experienced this reaction from simple foods. I thought Publix was a top tier grocery store

Great grocery store with everything. Their sushi plates are also pretty good. Plenty of parking in the plaza.
