I ordered a clothe since they don’t have tha L size that fits me,,the lady told me that i need to wat for 3 consecutive days..i went in the store yesterday they said tommorow whcich is (today) and they said i need to wait for the sms to inform me to pick my order but until now they did not send me sms.

I asked the staff to find me some stuff and she was very very helpful. Meanwhile the guy at the trying room was RUDE! I mean he could have been polite, if there are no signs or no English speaking help around! So... that was very disappointing
A lot of empty closed fitting rooms and a huge line to available ones
Lately the variety of clothing at least for men have been less than usual, at least that's my take from it, it might be due to the COVID consequences, but since brick and mortar stores are open, better if you try to add some more options to it. Besides that, Service was good, children options were OK, and store as usual was spotless, the option to try your outfit IN the store is already open.
I love Zara. You can find the best jackets.
Big and spacious. A lot of nice clothing for men and women including kids.
