Paco Roncero Restaurante
I found this restaurant in the Michelin guide, and it said it has two Michelin stars. I didn't check, but from the food we ate to the service we got, it is at least a two stars restaurant.
The service was impeccable!! From the moment we stepped into the the building we were greeted and treated with respect in a friendly manner.
The place is beautiful and I was sorry to hear that the patio was closed due to the weather.
The food was fantastic!! Unique in the flavors and in the way it was prepared and presented. We had some dietary restrictions, which we told them before hand, and they accommodated to our restrictions without damaging our experience.
This restaurant and this chef, with the help of all the staff, deserve the two Michelin stars they have and I hope more people will come and enjoy this unique experience.

Needed a juicy burger, and that's what I got!
Got the GDB combo. The burger was very good. Could use a little more salt in the meat, and maybe a few seconds less on the grill, but still a great burger. The toppings really go together and add a lot of different flavors. The fries are fresh and the portion is generous.
I would definitely be back and if you are in the area and looking for something great, go and check this place.

NOLA American Bakery
What a great place in the heart of Tel-Aviv!!
You can sit outside and do some people watching, or inside to escape the heat, or in the back patio if you want to smoke after your meal.
Great and friendly staff, that was quick and not pushy.
The bagels looked so good, so I had to try it and ordered a roast beef bagel. Slices of beef, slaw and a spicy mustard, on a bagel. Great sandwich! Could use some more beef, but the flavor combo, which is not new, was done correctly and it was delicious. Also had a Nola breakfast. Two eggs, salad, hash browns, cream cheese, avocado, and a bagel. The portion was generous and everything was good. Except for the hash brown. It was probably made in a large batch and than they cut and reheat the portion on a griddle. At least that's how it tastes. It was too dense and didn't have those classic pointy potato ends that crisp up when you fry it.
I also got a Nola cocktail, with OJ, whiskey and honey. It was pretty good. Definitely a nice change from the classic mimosa or bloody Mary for breakfast.
All in all, I would definitely come back here for brunch, or lunch, or anytime of the day.

Large selection of sliders and drinks.
We got the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer, which was great. Fried perfectly and served with two dipping sauces.
We also got the Southern salad, which was rich and hearty, and a trip of sliders. All of them were cooked perfectly and delicious.
Don't skip on their cocktails. I recommend the southern ice tea.
