One of the cheapest gas pumps in Vienna

As a gas station, it’s fine. However, one of the younger female workers is very rude and unhelpful!

Bought 2 doughnuts and she asked me if I wanted coffee, then I asked if it was for free and she said no! Then I proceeded to pay, only to realize from one of their store pictures that there was a promotion (Angebot) where if you bought a doughnut and a coffee, you could actually get one of them free), I asked her about this promotion and she said that she had asked me before and I told her that I literally asked her 5 seconds before if the coffee was for free and she plainly said no but now pretended that it was all my fault.

The worst thing is that an older and more experienced female worker came around to support her colleague without even trying to understand the situation and how I was scammed by her not providing an explanation of the original Angebot in the first place.

Another issue is that their toilet is marked saying ask for the key inside. When I asked, they told me that they toilet was opened and acted like I was stupid for even asking that when their toilet door literally says ask for the key inside. Very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant female staff working at this JET gas station. They should definitely receive some kind of reprimand so they explain the Angebot properly to customers and also be more polite and friendly to incoming customers.

When I went back in to try and return or exchange it, the man would not let me without a receipt (which he never offered to give me in the first place).

He then went on to argue with me and yell that there’s nothing I could do.

Unprofessional, rude and unbothered.
