Customer for over 30 years at this post office. Service has deteriorated terribly the past 10 years. After the covid pandemic it has gotten so bad. Clerks don't want to work. If you have a p.o. box your mail gets put in the wrong mailbox. Your complaints go nowhere. Donot have your important mail go to yourvp.om box at this station as you may not get it. If you have informed delivery, it shows a picture of the mail that will be put into your p.o. box but when you go to pick up the mail it is not there. From there trying to find out where is your missing mail gets you nowhere.

The lady in the passport booth was rude and racist. When we entered the office she’d yell, to wait outside until she calls us, while giving attitude and didn’t bother trying to listen to us. Then she said she would not see us until the time turned to walk in hours. After waiting for an hour to turn to 11 PM, she would kick us out and take a different person. We would still wait for this person to finish, but she still took a different person right after. Her attitude still stayed like she was a narcissist. We started to have an argument, she even said a teenager who pointed at her was considered a threat when she constantly pointed to the door to get us to get out of the office so she could take someone else, she even started to raise her voice. A different co-worker stepped in to defend her saying we should’ve gotten an appointment even though it was walk in hours at that time, and told the teen he should never point at anyone while pointing at the teen himself. The lady is racist and discriminates against Asians prioritizing others over us,treating a different race with a different attitude. We have wasted our time, and they have treated us with horrible customer service for no reason. One of the people who worked there was nice enough to hear our side of the story and said he would talk to her manager. She needs to have consequences for her actions.

The lady in the passport office gave us horrible attitude, and refused to do our passport renewal, even though it was walk in hours even ending up in an argument due to her constant attitude and shoving us out acting like she owns the place. One of the workers who was a male, covered for this outrageous behavior as well, saying how we were in the wrong for not making an appointment when it was walk in hours. They're both horrible.

Decent post office, interior is lovely. The branch needs more staffing who have good customer service. Would like them to stock and carry more of the new releases of postal stamps - quite lacking in selection

I would give no star to the middle-aged lady officer at window no. 6 for her attitude. I brought in EDDM mail pieces, and they are all paid for and bundled, so all she has to do is scan the barcodes to receive. I went there on 2 separate trips, and she refused to help me on both occasions. Note that on the first trip, she refused to help me because she's in a hurry to leave. Meanwhile, it would only take less than a minute to scan my papers.

Thankfully, the manager and team members at other counters helped me process my orders.

Two thumbs DOWN for lady officer at window no.6 for being unhelpful, unkind, and not doing your basic job. In addition, she's being racist because she helped a customer (of the same race) who jumped my line, but not me (different race than her).

super busy post office with ppl taking long time shipping lots of items, but don’t come after 4 pm during lunch hours lots of windows open line moves but afternoons only one or two windows open line gets huge wait took me 35 minutes for one money order and they don’t seem to care to open more windows to help line move. passport appointment are fast but only by appointments online.

This post office is located right next to The One World Center. During our visit the place was quiet, well air-conditioned, no people inside, no queues, fast service, possibility to buy additional stuff like greeting cards, gift cards, etc. We recommend this post office as all went smooth & nice. Used self-service kiosk to purchase postage abroad. However, we did not come into direct contact with clerks behind the service window so can’t really say anything about how they treat you as a customer. Anyway, all okay & the availability of many self-service kiosks is a + 👍

A very unique post office! I enjoyed going in here! The building inside seemed historical and very beautiful. They gave kiosk so that you can make transactions quickly and independently! And they work well! This place is just very awesome all around! I highly recommend going here for your shipping and mailing needs!
