Hard to leave a review as despite being listed as open, we arrived by car after driving from Phuket to see the waterfall is closed throughout July and August. Probably a good idea to advertise this fact so visitors know before planning to arrive at this time of year.
Sa Nang Manora Forest Park is only a 15 minute drive from central Phang Nga Town. Located just off Highway 4, it's a perfect stop off on the way to or from Dragon Cave Temple.
It's a must visit if you enjoy nature and tranquility. The park is extremely well kept by the Rangers and entrance is free. Dogs are not permitted in the park.
There are several tables around the park for picnics. There's an easy to follow 2Km nature trail through the park and it is permitted to swim in the waterfall pools.
There is ample free parking, toilets and kiosks selling drinks and snacks.

Sa Nang Manora Forest Park was a 1 hours stop on the way back to Phuket on a day tour ATV'ing and elephant trekking. The waterfalls were not the most impressive, but the lush tropical foliage was like stepping into a green paradise.
As a short stop on the way back to the hotel is was a perfect nature-fix. There are a couple of spots where you can take a dip and cool off, or take a leisurely stroll, breathe in the fresh air, and soak up the tranquility.
Not a must-see attraction, but definitely a peaceful oasis worth exploring.

The Sa Nang Manora Forest Park and Waterfall is in my opinion a must-visit place if you enjoy nature and tranquility. The place is extremely well kept and the rangers are helpful and friendly. Entry to the park is FREE, there are clean public toilets, there's ample parking space and bins to dispose of thrash. There are also several seating areas in the park where you can sit down and chill for a while. Swimming in the waterfall and pools (with fish!) is allowed and the water is refreshing and cool. There's a trail through the park that's easy to follow and not strenuous at all. There are beautiful BIG trees, bamboo, ferns and other tropical plants and there are butterflies, lizards, birds and other creatures to be seen.
The waterfall is small but very scenic and gently flowing down into many small pools.
Pets are not allowed in the park. There was a small shop selling snacks, drinks and noodles when I was there. I stayed in the park for about an hour and a half and really enjoyed it. I'll be back for sure!!

No vale la pena. If you are around ok, but not come specifically for this place.
Is on the shade, have stairs. Have toilets, not dangerous, very easy to walk there.
No moskitoed, no leech.
Not my tipe of experience, also buses of tourists.

This is a fantastic nature reserve located just 12 km north of Phang-Nha Township. To get there, head north up hwy 4 then turn right at the directional signage (or simply use Google Maps GPS). The reserve parking area is approximately 3 km east of hwy 4. This is a less visited location which is off the beaten track. As of January 2023 there is no entry fee. The reserve has a great little nature trail, of 2 km in length, which works its way up through a series of small waterfalls to eventually arrive at a limestone (karst) cliff face. The trail then works it’s way along the base of the cliff face, taking in a number of small cave/cavern sites. The Bat Cave is the final sightseeing location, at the end of the trail. A half day outing is enough to check out this brilliant nature reserve and it’s better to go earlier in the day, as closing time is 4.30 pm.
Safe travels,

Lovely nature reserve with many tiny waterfalls and pools to swim in. There is a 1km nature walk (one way) leading to a cave. Recommend to not wear sneakers as the path goes through some pools and they will get wet. Doable with sandals. No entrance fee.
Nice break from everywhere. Give yourself some time to stop and explore here, there's a lot in the surrounding woods we didn't have time for. It's nice because nobody hassles each other and everyone is just here to enjoy themselves. There are a couple of good food carts with some deliciousness. Beautiful area, fresh water and nature all around. There are facilities close and plenty of parking.
