Clean and very convenient for visits to the National Gallery East / West buildings and other museums on that end of the National Mall.
Clean, clear signs, not too busy. Not like NYC subways at all!
Best metro in the US.
It drops me off right at MPD headquarters, which is where I needed to go. Thanks.
Gets a good review for elevator access. Elevator goes directly from the platform to street level. Crucial for people pushing strollers.
Some metro stations, such as Gallery Place, require 3 elevators to get to street level.
If you are headed to Capital One Arena and have a stroller, I suggest you get off at Judiciary Square and not Gallery Place.

Clean, small, not confusing for those new to the city. Genuinely helpful station managers (rare).
Take the Metro when you are going to help a Landlord or Tenant client settle their differences.
