This bar will be nice to go to for sundowners. It has a nice view of the port area. The drinks menu is quite extensive. Food items are limited and not great.
In the evenings, this place gets crowded. Sometimes, there will be queues forming due it being full. Better to have reservations if you want to come here.

You can’t ask for better service. The vibes are awesome and so are the drinks. Bonus for nice view. Well, the view was the reason I went there!

Spent my birthday at the 20up bar and was very happy! Cocktails are special and very good. View is amazing and staff is nice. We haven’t had any food but I would recommend the Berry Tale cocktail! Prices are rather high, we spent 66€ for 4 cocktails.
A must visit while in Hamburg. All drinks are too notch and the staff have excellent off-menu suggestions. Specially- Katherina was a joy to meet as our server and was able to make customized suggestions after our first order. Highly recommend!
Atmosphere and View are amazing. Whole concept is amazing. Service was good. Cocktails are the minus stars in this case. For the price you expect more. We tested plenty alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktails as me and my partner work in a bar. Too much foam and stocked with ice, plenty ice. Taste is always extreme. Extremely sour or extremely sweet. Not balanced at all. With the view like this your drink should fulfill experience not distract you from it. The girl on front looked tired a lot. Special kudos to security guy, he was very nice to both of us which made us feel welcome!
The view in this place is breathtaking! But Cocktail quality is very bad. Service is very bad. It took us ages to be able to order and it took such a long time ( around 20 minutes) to get our cocktail. We ordered whiskey sour and it was very very sweet. For the next round I asked please without syrup which is very common as I ask in most of bars! The waitress brought the same cocktail without accommodating my need. I ask her if it’s possible to change it as it’s very sweet for me and I like sauer cocktails. She refused but after some minutes she accepted! And guess what? After 2 minutes she brought the same cocktail to me again! When one pays 14 euro per cocktail expects at least to be able to adjust the sugar level of the cocktail! Very unfriendly and incompetent waitress and there are many other bars like puzzle bar which can severe me better cocktail with a good view. I’ll never come back to them and will not recommend them
Nice view, especially at sunset. I would recommend booking in advance, as almost all the tables were booked. We could sit at the bar though, and it was nice. Cocktails are around 15e as you can expect from a rooftop, good but not exceptional. Nice for a drink but no more.
