Lovely place to go all year round, lots of parking along the waterfront with lots of interesting landmarks.

Another one of my favorite spots to watch the ships on the St Lawrence river. Has free parking, picnic tables and washrooms. Also nice to walk around. There is also a restaurant and snack bar. You can download an app on your phone to tell you where the ships are and when they will be passing.

Nice area for walking and getting some sun. Picnic tables all around and lots of benches. Great view of New York State from the waters edge and some islands in view not far off.

Washrooms, playground picnic tables parking and of course the St. Lawrence River...love how beautiful it is this time of year 💗

Wide trail and waterside park with lot of parking and view from car options. Like many people parking and taking a relaxing bite within car watching beautiful backwater.
Several rides and kids play area around

Go to place to relax and unwind anytime of the day, any day of the week, any season - it has its own charm.

We did our annual drive through for the “River of Lights” Christmas light show with music. Always a nice drive though but this year it was a nice night for weather and we brought out 3 year old grandson for his time! He spotted the small train that takes you around as well, you do have to prey your tickets and it runs on about a 20 minute cycle . It only had 4 cars to fit small groups at a time.
This is a visit that is not expensive but you and the family can all enjoy it! I do recommend a visit !
If I could suggest to the committee that puts this in place maybe have a small venue of hot chocolate , possibly tea and coffee available to purchase for those who chose to sit to take in the views.

Blockhouse Island has a lot to check out! It is right off of the St. Lawrence River in Brockville, Canada. There are many great spots to sit down for a picnic. They have comically huge Adirondack chairs to hang out in. The Brockville Railway Tunnel is another great place close to check out!
