I love the quality and brand culminating in it's prices
I bought a Jack Wolfskin jacket and within 2 years the waterproofing had failed. They don't last. I thought they were an outdoor brand, but online reviews tell me they are just a fashion brand. I wish I had checked that before I bought on. Don't buy if you want it keep you dry.

Had several JW products and quality is good. However, their online customer service experience been awful so far. Order arrived 2 weeks late with no communication - I had to contact them to find out what was going on. Product arrived, no return label in box. I had to pay to return item. Returned item at local post office heard nothing. Once again had to contact them after 2 weeks to find out why no refund processed. ‘We are experiencing delays and / or your item might be lost’. There are so many great outdoors brands out there communicating well with their customers, JW do not fall into this category so I would avoid until they sort it out.
I second other reviews of online services.
online stated 4-6 days delivery. called 7 business days later and was told by staff it is NEVER less than 8, it won't have left Germany, and they MAY dispatch next week, but it is not guaranteed.

service is a joke, staff in stores have no info on business standards or practices, told me i can speak to no one, the online, nonfunctional tools, are the only way.

8 working days into the 4-6 working day collection advertised, I’m told it is still has not being picked from Germany, and may not dispatch this week.

Products are good quality. They are towards the higher end of the spend, however, they are an investment for a lifetime, especially the jackets and parkas.
The staff is courteous, polite and knowledgeable.
The ASM is an asset for the store. She answers all the queries and her suggestions are very good.
