The casino is enjoyable, but there is room for improvement. It would be great if they could expand the outdoor smoking area and offer a broader selection of games to compete with other casinos in the area. On the positive side, the non-smoking section of the casino floor provides a wide variety of games, unlike the smoking section.

Unfortunately, there have been some troubling incidents in the parking garage and the casino, ranging from burglaries and assaults to vehicle thefts at gunpoint. It appears that the casino management has taken steps to enhance security, with increased police presence on each floor, but there is still significant room for improvement in this regard. It's essential to stay vigilant and safe.

Despite these concerns, it remains a delightful and entertaining destination for weekend and weekday leisure activities.

Enjoyed the casino and won a bit of money. Unfortunately they do not serve drinks for free at this location, and their rewards Machines were always down.
In the shops around casino loved Pekoe tea but had 2 not pleasant experiences at Tap room bar and restaurant. Staff seemed a bit discriminatory the night my friends and I went to karaoke and eat, and made excuses not to let us dine there. Beautiful displays for fall.

I don’t gamble, my family does though. I love the look of this casino, it looks like a ship that’s docked on land! The inside is luxurious. It is always clean when I go, as clean as a casino can be. It is only noisy by the slot machines. The food court has some really good choices. I love that we can use points to buy food! The view outside on the deck with the water fountain and large screen is picturesque and calming. The staff (security mostly) is always friendly and funny, I actually feel pretty safe here. Even in the parking garage, there is always an officer patrolling. 10/10 would recommend visiting even if you don’t gamble. (Not the most child friendly…).

The rooms were nothing to write home about, and there are about 15 light switches scattered throughout the room in random places which was quite a puzzle. The hotel is very poorly laid out with the bathrooms a long hike from the restaurants. The casino is fairly large, but the slots are stingy; the bonuses trigger more often but the layouts are less, which is not my preference for slots. Tables are standard—you give the dealer cash, they give you chips, and you give the chips back.

Would give more stars but I already gave them my money... great casino, if you get a hand pay expect to wait for a while. They always seem short staffed at the payouts. Like they are trying to get you to gamble more while you're waiting...
Love the renovations they are making and the cashier at the pizza place is always amazing. Would recommend if you have money you want to give away!

MGM is beautiful. My husband and I went to see a show and so pleased. The atmosphere was nice, a little crowded and parking was the worst. More helpful parking attendants when big shows would be helpful. And it was great that eateries were still open after the show. However, Shake Shack had a corner of their establishment that smelled like urine.

I had a great time at this casino. It is large and has everything from slots, tables, shops/boutiques, and restaurants. Obtaining my rewards card was a quick and easy process. I can not speak on the hotel because I did not lodge there. I do know that it is rather pricey. I will definitely return.

The MGM Grand is a good location but it's a bit confusing where everything is and not enough signs. Especially hotel side of the resort. I was supposed to meet up with my friends and I walked around the second floor of the hotel like an idiot until I found out that it was in a corner of the building. It's a good building but it's casino centric. Since everything is focused on casinos, everything else feels like an after thought.
The rooms are definitely upscale; clean, well organized and luxurious. Also, room light buttons are everywhere which is a plus. I definitely enjoyed the stay but I wish there were some signs for the hotel.
Overall, I definitely enjoyed the stay but it can be improved. Oh right. I went to the casino and lost some money on slots but gained back on the blackjack table so that's a plus.
